What does the barcode at the bottom encode?

Usually the transaction number, so a returns desk can scan the slip instead of typing it. Set your own value, or let the template generate one.

Why only the last four card digits?

Card rules forbid printing the full number on a customer receipt. Real slips show the last four and the entry method — chip, tap or swipe — and nothing more.

Is it free to use this template?

Which formats can I download?
