What is a folio?
The running account for a room. Each night, tax and charge posts to it, and check-out prints the whole thing with the total settled at the bottom.
Which taxes normally appear?
Room or occupancy tax nearly always, often a city or tourist levy, and in some places a resort fee that is charged per night rather than per stay.
Is it free to use this template?
Yes. Editing and previewing are free and need no account, and downloads are free too — they just ask you to make an account so your receipts are saved and can be edited later.
Which formats can I download?
